Investment Agreement for the Promote Black Business App Campaign

This Investment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Promote Black Business LLC("Company") and the Investor ("You").

1. Investment Terms

1.1 Investment Amount – You agree to invest $250 per slot in the Promote Black Business App campaign, with the option to purchase up to 10 slots ($2,500 total) to maximize potential returns.

1.2 Profit-Sharing Structure – Your investment grants you participation in a $300,000 investor profit-sharing pool, alongside an annual dividend of $2,500 per slot. The $300,000 profit-sharing pool is generated from half of each investor slot value.

1.3 Dividend Payouts –

• Dividend accumulation begins once the campaign reaches 5,001 paid subscribers.
• A $1 per paid subscriber per month allocation is designated for investor payouts, with up to $1,000 paid every six months per slot.
• Dividends capped at $10,000 per slot.

2. Milestone Activation & Payout Conditions

2.1 Minimum Subscription Threshold – Investor pool contributions will commence once the campaign reaches 50,000 paid subscribers, triggering the 12-month distribution cycle.

2.2 Ongoing Growth & Reinvestment – The investor pool will be strategically reinvested in initiatives aimed at job creation, community development, long-term sustainability, and increased investor profitability.

3. Investment Flexibility & Future Opportunities

3.1 Renewal & Exit Options – After completing the first full year, investors may explore new investment opportunities. However, this exclusive slot offer will close 12 months after reaching the subscriber target.

4. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By investing in the Promote Black Business App campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You fully understand the investment structure, payout milestones, and reinvestment strategy.
• You accept the terms outlined in this Agreement.
• You recognize that your investment contributes to economic empowerment and the growth of Black-owned businesses.

This Agreement is effective immediately upon investment. Your participation is not only a financial commitment but a dedication to long-term community impact.
