**Terms and Conditions for Member Card Rewards Program**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By participating in the Member Card Rewards Program (the "Program"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

**2. Eligibility**

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and over who have registered for a member card. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information, including a valid cell phone number.

**3. Earning Points**

- Members can earn points through various participation within the Program, including but not limited to:

- Referring new members.

- Adding favorite restaurants and businesses.

- Discovering and visiting new locations.

- Posting reviews in the app directory.

- Completing surveys.

- Making purchases in the PBB Market Store.

- Members can earn up to 1,000 points per day across all activities.

**4. Points Notification**

Upon successfully earning points, members will receive a confirmation text message within 24 hours. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their cell phone number is registered and up to date.

**5. Auction Store**

All accumulated reward points can be utilized to bid on items in the Auction Store. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

**6. Non-Transferability**

Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or traded. Only the account holder can redeem points.

**7. Termination of Membership**

The management reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member's account if any fraudulent or abusive activity is detected. Upon account termination, all points will be forfeited.

**8. Amendments**

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the management. Members will be notified of significant changes through the contact information provided.

**9. Liability Disclaimer**

The management is not liable for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in online communication that may affect participation in the Program.

**10. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the jurisdiction where the Program is operated.
