Dr. Adrienne B. Haynes is an award-winning attorney and businesswoman who specializes in helping entrepreneurs develop sustainable infrastructure and business practices. As the managing partner of SEED Law, a boutique business law firm, and the owner of SEED Collective, a consultancy focused on black-owned business support, she leverages over ten years of business and leadership experience to create legal and strategic planning solutions for her clients. Adrienne also speaks and writes on topics related to law and economic development. 

Through SEED Collective, Adrienne collaborates with clients on business strategies and community-wide initiatives to foster an inclusive and innovative environment. She has worked with organizations such as the Kauffman Foundation, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Blue Hills Community Services, the Midwest Women’s Business Enterprise Council, and Elevate Energy. Recognized as one of seven Innovator in Residence fellows by the Kauffman Foundation, she developed a process for community leaders to deepen relationships, strategize around regional wealth, and discover innovation opportunities while creatively engaging with resource partners.

Adrienne prioritizes community service through nonprofit representation and leadership. She has participated in the founding of several nonprofits and serves as president of the Construction Business Institute, the Multicultural Business Coalition, and the Black Female Attorneys Network Board of Directors. Additionally, she holds membership on various boards including the Buena Vista University National Alumni Association, the UMKC Women’s Council, and the advisory council for the Lewis White Real Estate Center, while also participating on the KC Rising Ideas Committee.
